Perception Clouded and Askew

Perception's concept's curious strange
Reality's never what it seems
Is it crystal clear as deemed?
Seemingly separate pictures seen
As clues,
Viewed
As one hue
Truth be told
Does it unfold?

Truth untold
One never knew
Such a tale was so askew
To perceive
And see
This projection
From
You onto me

Do you me we
See he or she?
Does anyone know
How truth resides and grows
In our lives,
As alibis
Disguised
Prized
Unrecognized
By society's lies

Nothing is as it seems
All
An enormous crystal ball
Of curious things,
Confusing themes
All shrouded in secrecy
Bringing
Absent-minded
Minds
Of absence,
Abstractly
Creating
Believable scenes
Of untruths untold
Yet to unfold

Boldly sold
As fodder to control
To distract to deter these minds
Of yours and mine

Declaring
Saying
For the final time
All must cease to lie!
