Disguised lies
As the age-old guise

Inherent simplicity

Unbeckoned
Indirectly directed
Detected
Unprotected
Apparently rejected

Thus far my reply remains to be seen
I know not how or what will be deemed
It seems

For me
My history
Of romance
Hasn't stood a chance
For again, happenstance has disallowed me
The opportunity
Of advancement to higher levels of reality
Can this be?
