Tanka Times Four

1.
I would say, tonight
Was absolutely that best
Time I've had, since the
Drum circle season ended
Last month, during November!

2.
Inspired am I
By the words which were spoken
Tonight, at the group
Gathering. Sharing my work
Has renewed my energy

3.
The Sestine must be
Finished, putting a lot of
Time into it, though
Difficult, I'm finding the
Challenge well worth the effort!

4.
The Tanka is new
Yet similar in rhythm
To its first cousin
The old Japanese haiku
Combine the two together
